Hi,
I want to open a video streaming site and I want to ask about advertising companies. Can I use Google Adsense if I just post the videos on my site in an external link such as mega or zippyshare...?
If no, can you give me other advertising companies accept ignored DMCA content?

It depends on the type of ad you want to link on your platform, for example I use ExoClick, they have several withdrawal methods, and the minimum payment is 20 euros, I make about 10 euros a day using only PopUnder.
