about google ads

hello everyone, i want to ask about the problem i'm having

I have an ad that has been received by Google Ads, after I fill in the balance (using a bank transfer) my balance has been entered, but my ad is not running

Why did it happen? is there an error in my account?

Sometimes takes 24 hours to update as you did wire transfer.

In the billing summary / transaction page of Google Ads (when you are logged into the Google Ads account), does that payment you made reflect ?
If it does not reflect, then it could take upto 24 hours to reflect and if it does reflect, then it could take upto 24 hours for you ad to start running again. There is always some time gap (delay) in campaign performance statistics (impressions, clicks, etc) getting up dated in the Google Ads account (it is never real time).

Have the same problem. It can take about 1-7 days before your ads run. Its manual review
