Actually i want to create a blog and write article about promoting different affiliate program. And i'm going to promote it through paid ads(threshold accounts) so i want to know that if i created a campaign and target my blog URL and it successfully run and reached the threshold limit and after that i want to run the campaign for same URL with the other threshold account so it will get suspend or not?

If you use the same new domain, a website that is not indexed or has SEO authority, will be flagged by Google within a day.

Google's algorithm is smart enough to identify abusive and genuine websites.
 
If your domain name is very new and its weight is very low, it cannot be used repeatedly in Google Ads,it will avoid system errors.
 
But if your domain name is old enough and the website is heavily indexed by SEO, it can be reused in Google Ads. That's why warm-up ads can use the same domain name over and over again, but not your own.
 
If you running a campaign with the same URL through multiple threshold accounts may violate advertising policies so they can suspended you.
