About Facebook Instant Articles

I used my search button, I searched on google but I still am confused and need some word of mouth about Facebook Instant Articles.

1. What is the amount of traffic yoy need to have on your website to have it accepted by FB instant Articles?

2. Does your content have to be unique or copied content (with link to source) is ok?

3. What about Spun content?

4. What is the average CPM or PPC? How often do you get paid? Is it worth the investment?

I used to have IA approved on my website. But I haven't posted articles in months and then I lost access there. Now I have to re-apply and would like to know the same thing. Last time when I applied I didn't have a lot of traffic and my articles were spun and I still got approved. But now I think FB has more regulations and it's harder, so better not apply if you don't have a lot of traffic at least during the last month. If your fans are from US, UK, Canada it's worth it, otherwise you have to have millions of worldwide fans, to get few bucks. A guy that I know before 3-5 months ago, got paid $120k for one month. But now it's harder and they closed all his pages.
