Its only possible for few groups. Most of the fb group needs admin permission

can't find this kind of groups.. You must have join the group then try to post over there. Good luck..

I don't think there's a way to know unless someone already has a list of those groups.

so there is no way to find targeted groups without using facebook search bar!!!!any easy way or wp site to find targeted groups results

Get a bot like facedominator to find FB groups. Better than manual work.
