Hello mate,
First make sure your ad has been approved. It usually takes a few minutes but it depends on your country as well.
Also, the problem seems to be in campaign settings. Take 10 minutes and go over all the settings you set up for it.
On the other hand, just as a suggestion, never use that boost post button because you will end up paying 3-4 times more to Facebook than if you would create the ad from the post content and target the same audience.

I'm experiencing the same problem. My ad has been active for hours and there's no impressions and clicks yet.

Just wanted to know if you are already getting impressions and clicks on your ad?
