About Facebook Ads and device targetting

Hi
I see that most of peoples that work on CPA use Facebook Ads as principale or secondary method to promote there offers

My question is : For peoples who promote for example a mobile offer, how they can target just people using mobile advices ?

I'm using also PPV method (DirectCPV) and i can't found the way or the option to do it.
