Does Ebay will know that i am using ip hiding programm, like Hide My Ip. I know that i wouldnt get through with proxy, but isnt that kind of programm the same?
And is it possible to make a stealth Payypal bussines account?

The problem is i cant change my Ip address. I tried tto release ip in cmd and reset my modem and leave it overnight for 2 days, but the ip address do not change.
Maybee someone have any idea?
 
I'm currently using a VPN service, and I have had no problems so far. I've been running my ebay account on there for more than about 3 months so far, and no problems. Paypal also works too on the VPN.
 
You can either get a vpn or if you have a unlocked network near you you can use that.
 
As a general rule of thumb, do NOT use Hide My Ass, TOR, or any of the "software" programs. On the other hand, if you have a good VPN, or VPS, those are fine.
 
Definitely dont use hide my ass they will ban you.Use a vpn or/and vps
 
Could you advice me some good VPN service?
