I am a noob to CPA and I just have a simple question, do I have to buy different domain name for CPA offers?

it depends if your sites are niche related.

Like if you have a domain called

checkoutthisfunnyvideo.com


there is no point promoting say gift cards or something

You can run CPA offers without a website, there are many other ways to drive traffic.

Can you explain yourself a lil bit more, like I said I'm new to this..So how would I go about without a website..

He means you can still direct link your CPA offers on traffic sources like ppc/ppv/social etc, you need different domains only if you plan to promote your offers with landing pages
