Difficult to say, depends on what niche you are targeting. You can try that out with AB testing as to monitize ur channels will need 4,000 hours of annual viewing time and over 1,000 subscribers. YT is tightening the rules around its partner program. If u sail through it will be yours else was a bad choice to start with.

Technically no. Maybe you won't get caught but if they know it's copyrighted they're not going to let you monetize it. They are based in the US and don't care if you're from China or the moon.

Not a good option to monetize those. Wherever you are, they apply the same rules
