How can i do proper cookies drop ? Can anyone tell how its drop on different website .

You can't, if you don't own the websites. Google can do this, since they control all websites with Analytics, AdSense, etc.

Depends for what domain you are trying to do this. Technically if the domain is secured, you can't. You can try with image tag. Don't know if still works.
