About contracts for SEO clients

Hey guys. I got a new SEO client and before, it was just people I knew and a contract wasn't a huge deal. I now need a formal contract and I dont know exactly what to do. Is there any advice or anyone willing to share the general contract they use? I basically just need to be protected so that I am not guaranteeing results, since its SEO of course.
