About comment likes

Are there any specific ways to make the likes on different comments go through? Sometimes, the likes on comments don't register, possibly due to new account age or other suspicious metrics. If anyone is experienced in this regard, any insight would be very appreciated

If the YouTube channel account is not verified and they are created on the same IP address, those likes will decrease.
