BH/GH niches are like Gambling, crypto, IPTV, MMO, finance, health/nutra, etc... What kind of offers exactly?
If your offers are restricted on Google ads you'll have to cloak your ads. And you'll need aged accounts first which is the first step obviously.

Grey offers can work, but without cloaking it’s tough to keep things live. Most people test with a clean page first, and if it fails they use cloakers like TrustCloaker, Adspect, Trafficshield, or JustCloakIt. In the end it still depends on the vertical and how clean your account and landing are.

Test your offers through legitimate native ad networks like Taboola or push notification platforms that have clearer, more permissive policies than Google Ads.

Isn't cloaking is too risky as google may it caught it and it makes the accounts suspended?

I use cloaking for grey and black niches, and in my experience you’ll need a reliable source for multiple Google Ads accounts because you’ll eventually get caught.
But if the niche is profitable like kratom, CBD, etc. it’s still worth testing.

Grey niches can still be tested, but you have to be realistic about the risk. If an offer isn’t allowed, cloaking only helps separate review traffic, it doesn’t magically make it approved. I focused on building a solid safe page first and handled traffic splits properly. In my case, setups like TrafficShield worked better than basic redirects, but slow scaling and clean structure mattered more than the tool itself.

Short answer: it’s much harder and riskier now.
Cloaking for grey ads can still work short-term, but platforms (especially Google) are far better at detecting it in 2025. Most people lose accounts faster than they make money unless they already have strong setups and risk tolerance.
To judge if an offer is “grey”, look at:
- Ad network policies (not just Google’s, but traffic source rules)
- How openly the offer is promoted elsewhere
- Whether landing pages can pass manual review without tricks
If it’s not Google, results depend heavily on the traffic source, but cloaking always carries account risk. For beginners, it’s usually better to adapt offers/landers to policy instead of trying to bypass systems.
