As for cleanfiles, you can always test them for your traffic but the network is not as good as it used to be. I would not really say they are scam as I have always been paid (and quickly) previously but nowadays you often see members complaining about constantly delayed payments in their forum. They have also lost many of their members recently because of bad EPC and almost nonexistent support.
If I remember well, admin has himself said a few times that advertisers are getting pissed with bad leads from their affiliates. I am pretty sure they have a limited quota of offers from advertisers every month as all top earners on the leaderboard end up making most of their money during the first 8-10 days. It could have been that one particular person has good traffic during the first few days of every month but not all of them as we see every month. I think it is just that the high converting offers run out quickly and they are left with shitty ones for the rest of the month. Also, since about 8 months or so, there is huge number of leads that gets reversed and lots of people have complained previously but not so much now. Reversing offers might also be a way for them to cope with their limited offers. But this is obviously just my opinion.
