yeah it's good but make sure traffics are not from bot.

I think it's a waste of time if the traffic is bots or fake traffic
90% of all traffic is done through Bot or traffic sharing. Can just as well get a rotating 4/5 G Mobile proxy and have a script that visits your site every 5mins, idle for random 30 sec to few mins and restart the process. But if you looking at analytics stats, then use it with a software that provides your a unique fingerprint (browser) per visit, this gives the impression that the visit is from different systems, each having different identifiable fingerprints, such as OS, CPU's Ram, browser version and so forth. So depends on the client, how much his budget is and how many traffic, ill still do it myself vs paying someone that is faking it.

Traffic influences Google when it comes from Chrome sources with statistics enabled. The problem is that some networks don't offer real traffic or the traffic has been manipulated with poor quality users that obviously are not going to use a real Chrome browser and, even less, with stats enabled.
So it's a coin flip, with very high numbers you may get a couple of good clicks incoming. I used to do this for some old little clients I used to have to show them a temporary boost in ranks (kind of deceiving, not gonna lie). But they were very little (less than 1K visits per month) and I had to spend like $100 just for a single page to be boosted.
If the site is bigger, I would prefer to fine grain with CTR boosting some specific keywords.

the fake traffic, besides being useless, helps you as long as you do it, that is, as soon as you stop you return to the starting point

Unfortunately, it works better and better, some SEO agencies sell positions and no longer increase overall traffic. And you pay per keyword per month (and they send external traffic)

Just make sure they aren't bots, which might put your website at risk if recognized.
