If you buy a monetized channel can you freely change the adsense account it is linked to? Since the payee would be changed wouldn't that be a problem?

In my knowledge, yes you can change it. People do that all the time. Just change it to yours that's all.
 
Changing adsense link won't cause any problems and that's probably the first thing that you should do on a bought channel.
 
It's fine, you can do that. You should just ensure the adsense account that you will connect to your account did not experience any channel termination before.

Would there be any possible in the future or maybe couple of days after changing details that the accounts will get banned or unmonetized?
I wanna make sure as well because I am also interested on buying monetized accounts

My channel was terminated before. I linked my new channel to the same adsense account and no problem. I don't know right now but yes there is no need to take risks.

Just maintain regular channel activity before changing is the only advice I can give you. Keep vid upload going.

I experienced this situation, just because one terminated channel linked to the adsense account before, i could not get paid 5k+ dollar. Lessons learned :)
 
Do you think that from switching accounts ownership should be expected some bad SEO to happen? I am thinking loss of rank or comments?

According to the AdSense Terms of Use, you can only register one account per payee. If it turns out that you have several of them, we will reject your AdSense account and ask you to delete the rest.
 
The Channels sold on accs-Market are all Brand accounts, the original email is not given with the channel, I guess people change ownership and adsense
 
As said before, you can change it. But you might wait a couple of days before changing, in order to not get demonetized or other bad stuff that youtube can do to your channel
