about budgets in adwords

Does anyone knows how I should correctly change budgets in adwords to avoid status "under rewiev"?

If you just increased your budget by 100% or more, or if you keep from a small budget to huge budget at once, your account will go under review for sure.

So you have to slowly increase the budget to avoid review.
