Question:

I want to create a blog and bind two different second-level domain names.

For example:
blog.example.com
blog.example1.com

and then publish a large number of product-related articles on the blog to attract traffic.

Will this method be banned by Google Search?

Binding them does nothing, and content spam will get you de-indexed eventually.
 
If you want to reduce SEO risks, you can:

Deploy a WordPress program on each of the two domains (you can use the same theme and structure)

Make the article content pseudo-original or post it at different times

Or slightly adjust the layout/pictures of the article list and detail page
