I know a lot claim a good mixture of Follow and Non follow links better

but i more wanna know is More on Follow backlinks are better? Than non follow?

Do follow links are definitely good for SEO.
However, no-follow are necessary for diversity.

Simply Do-Follow links are links that count as points, pushing SEO link juice and boosting the page rank and No-Follow Doesn't

As you already mentioned, a website should contain both follow and no follow links. DF will always be good in terms of SEO and NF will be a good option for branding/diversity.

Most of the top tier sites have become no-follow in the last two years, so if you are looking to get a good exposure for your brand, these NF links will definitely help.

Just have a look at your competitors, how do their profiles look? Also, what seems natural to you, all do/no follow?
