About auto-fill site

Hi guys. Sorry for noob question, but... Auto-fill site - chance to earn or not? Started to study this question, there are many opinions, but never learned the truth - will my site fly to the ban from the search engine and will it have a low level of trust or can it in this way spin the site and receive visitors and traffic?
