about after effects & character animation

Has anybody figured out how to get Adobe Character Animator working?It says Licensing error when launched and says you need to be signed in to a valid account in Adobe After Effects.is the only option to access it is to have a real actual account?

I heard this is an issue with the Creative Cloud software, have you tried logging out and logging back into Creative Cloud?

I wasn't sure if you were using a trial version or perhaps some below-board crack since you asked if you need an actual account, so that might be the issue right there

It's working fine for me, absolutely no issues whatsoever on the latest CC 2015
