I requested an upgrade and was rejected twice, but the subsequent request was approved and then rejected
Then I set up a good site to request again
No more than two months have been accepted or rejected
Each time you receive a message that you are close to the activation of the account but has not been approved or rejected so far knowing that it is a very long time
Has anyone here passed through this experience?

First of all, you need to be sure that you follow all the rules. Second, you need to offer some value, don't be some generic "recipe blog". Read about the GDPR update and integrate it properly on your website.
