Its no big deal for some people, i guess they are damn lucky because yt is almost luck these days. You may have best possible content, crazy thumbnail, heavy keyword research and u may still get 0 views. And a lucky guy can pull millions of views by reuploading same content like everyone else.
If u think i am just blabbering then check out any anime channel, i understand those channels getting millions of views who are uploading 100% fresh and new videos but most of them are uploading same video like 5 years old, No keyword research at all and pull like millions of views .

To be yt successful-
Either be super lucky
Have 1000s of $ to fund ur channel
Be a girl(hot only)
Make fake vids
Or have 1000% new topic
