hmm sadly nope, because I keep seeing here some claim 301 redirect , so I google not use the information is correct . Is like that website already in a well known website , for an example the content got hyperlinke one website but when u click that website is not that website name is redirect to another website. Thus this is call 301 redirect .

actually does that matter on the http side? as long you click that site is redirect to your site and it load so it works than?
next what the purpose doing this? help on the site?

It helps with seo, rankings and whatnot. I prefer building pbns instead of just 301 redirect. With pbns youcan build the site more relevant to yoour main niche and make it better than just a 301 redirect.
