This year, Trustpilot updated its review system, and many of our comments were deleted. I joined my current company last year and was responsible for adding Trustpilot comments to our website. Last year, we used an anti detection browser with residential IP addresses for comments, relatively stable. However, starting this year, our comments have been deleted one after another. Using the same method, ordinary comments have a deletion rate of 40%, but all verified comments using the same method have been deleted. I have been searching for a long time, but I cannot find a suitable method to stably add comments. Now my spervisor has told me that if I cannot find a way to steadily add comments, my job may be cancelled by the company. I am very sad, but I have no other way. I hope everyone can help me. give me some advice.Thank you

Trustpilot has tightened its filters, so old tricks with proxies and anti-detect browsers don’t work anymore. The only stable way now is getting real customers to leave genuine reviews, or inviting them through Trustpilot’s official system. Anything else will likely keep getting removed.

We also invited real customers to leave reviews, but some of them were still deleted. We also submitted these real customer reviews for Trustpilot to review, and they restored the deleted comments. However, not long after, they were deleted again

If you’re still trying to add reviews manually, you’ll need fresh device/browser fingerprints, cleaner residential IPs, and real account histories to reduce deletion risk.

But honestly, the safest play is focusing on genuine customer reviews through incentives or email flows—those stick far better and won’t get wiped after weeks of work.

Yeah, sure. It's only a matter of time when people learn to pass the filters. It's the eternal cat and mouse game, but the cat can never really catch the most, it's just that the chase is getting more sophisticated.

If real reviews are getting deleted, point this out to your supervisor. Trustpilot is probably being overzealous with their filters, but if they are deleting too many real reviews, they will find out and pull back. So the situation is probably temporary. If you can ask to real clients whose real reviews have been deleted to complain to Trustpilot that would be a good strategy to start with.

Yes, I use a new browser and IP for every review. Regular reviews have a slightly higher retention rate. But the verified comments were quickly deleted, can you give me some advice? For example, which browser or IP to use. Because I don't want to lose my job

Yes. Thank you for your suggestion. I have also asked our sales staff to contact customers and inquire if they can assist in submitting evidence. Without exception, they all refused because they said it would waste their time and no one was willing to do so,
