Let's see if I can explain what I need properly:

I'm looking for a way to basically mirror a Twitter account. As in, when they post something, my account posts the exact same thing almost at the same time. Is there a tool that does this? Not like Hootsuite, I'm looking for almost a cloning tool, but in real time. Thanks!

You can do it with Twtdominator, using the copy competition module.

what they like, what they retweet, what they repost, when they reply? everything?

Why would you want a straight 1-1 relationship for tweets if you don't mind. Unless it's something proprietary to your model, I think many of us won't see much value overall in this kind of setup, but of course we don't know what else you intend to do with this stuff.

You could use twitterfeed for this assuming you could create an rss feed from the original twitter users account. I'm certain indianbill007 Twtdominator implementation method is very strong and can exactly meet your needs - plus you'll also have a fully functional twitter suite.

Use Twidium Inviter - just specify desired account as a tweet source and thats all!
