yeah, it's first time for me , but it only six months when i lunched my sites, so my experience is too small. Already searching for alternatives , maybe alexhost ?

Very unhappy with their communication about this, a DDoS can happen, but how about informing your customers, when their sites are down for hours.

wtf , why so long they fixing it
Fixing a DDoS Attack is not easy, it can happen with all providers. I repeat can happen with ALL providers.
It's a headache, and you didn't pay for SLA (If you pay for SLA you will be compensated, if you didn't pay you can't complaint about uptime)
DDoS is hard to "cure", always will face issues. Big / large attacks is not a joke.
Takes time, you can move to another provider. If they get a DDoS Attack, will happen the same...
So the best you can do, is wait. I'm sure they will offer some compensation for long downtime!
Like I said before, you didn't pay for SLA (Google it to know)
DDoS Attacks is not something you can block in Seconds or minutes, it can take several hours.
Learn a little about large ddos attacks and how it's a headache.
You need to understand, certainly they will offer something for downtime.
