Abandoned Reddit Accounts

I've seen that many people sell abandoned or hacked Reddit accounts. I would like to know if there is a method to obtain these accounts, as the sellers clearly have access to accounts that are many years old, with karma, but no recent posts, only posts from years ago. I started to think that perhaps these accounts being sold are hacked, and that there is some method to find and access such accounts. If anyone could tell me or guide me, I would appreciate it.

Please don't crack reddit accounts. Also reddit will most likely get suspicious if it's been sitting for years and then suddenly starts posting spammy stuff. Also if the email is verified you can't claim it. Just buy aged accounts there's lots of good deals. The sellers you are describing are most likely aging the accounts themselves after registering.
 
You shouldn't buy hacked accounts as the original owner can easily recover them through the registered email.

Not hacked mate. At least not all.

Many serious providers are on the market for years and years. They just make them and let them age.
 
If those are hacked accounts really doubt you can get that info easily and I believe someone on reddit will notice this situation so could be some one that created accounts with certain method and left it to stale and now is moving those accounts again.
