Yes, they have. "Every month you get 2,000,000 (2M) compute points per user that you can devote to various LLMs. The platform will rate-limit your compute point usage so it is evenly distributed throughout the month. If you want to avoid the rate-limits, you can purchase more compute points at any time.
Note: Please note compute points are not the same as tokens. Instead they are just a measure of your usage on the ChatLLM teams platform. 1,000,000 (1M) compute points can be as much as 70,000,000 (70M) tokens on some LLMs."

Not yet, but I've heard it's a powerful tool for building custom AI models and automating tasks.
