AB FB ads, whithout paying

Hello BHW, I'm quite new here and was searching some tips on fb advertising, i dont ask spoonfeed, i've searched a lot here but couldnt find an answer, I want to run ads on my fb like page, there was an old method that ab 30 days old account could run for 1$ verification 25$ ads, is there any method like this or something like that to save money on advertising?
