AAWP Plugin "Not connected" - Siteground

Hi all,

I'm hoping someone can shed some light on this for me.

I have AAWP plugin installed on one of my sites which is on Siteground hosting.
Its coming up with the error: Disconnected: Unknown error: Undefined

I cannot get it to "connect"

I have another site hosted on Siteground and its working fine. Its something to do with the API but the sites are both using the same API keys etc and AAWP support is not that helpful.
