a32337 Scammer Alert

I Hate to come here and report a32337 as a scammer.

I sell VCC's and i thought being this guy from BHW and holding a bit of reputation won't scam me but looks like he is one of them.
I sold him an AVS VCC and he sent me the $25 payment via Paypal with an Address attached to it (a deliberate attempt to get the refund later on)
so Paypal immediately opened a dispute and limited my account and asked me to deliver the Virtual item to the address (Which obviously can't be done) so, I waited quite long and didn't have option but to wait.... and finally Paypal decided to refund the Payment to him.

This way he got the VCC and Refund aswell ... Quite Clever on his part

To my part I've sent several PM to a32337 regarding this issue but looks like he's not in mood to respond, May i request Admin/Mods to wake him up and tell him to resend me the payment else mods know what best could be done to him.

Hey idiot, it's not my fault you got your paypal locked up. I offered to pay with a different payment method and you did not respond. So don't go talking sh*t and be a little baby got it?
 
Not to mention your AVS was total S*it and is what got MY paypal limited which got YOUR paypal limited.
 
Please understand what you are doing before you offer products on here or understand what you are talking about period. Most AVS allow you to pick the address, yours gave me some address I did not request which is why paypal limited my account. Since my account was limited, it then limited your account because they check into all payments made by a limited account. If you knew anything about paypal, you would already know this. So once again, think first, speak second. Thanks
 
Sh*tHead Mind your language .. why would anyone wanna buy more VCC when the same is no good for him ?... why don't you post all PM history and let the moderator decide who's trying to be a smart ass.. as for my part I am posting PM history shot, you post yours and be logical when u try to defend yourself.

Points to note:

1.You never mentioned for what service u want AVS VCC for ?
2.There is no refund/replacement policy for VCC already mentioned before i sold the VCC to you.
3. Why did u not respond when i warned you tht i'll shitlist you ?
4. you never mentioned your Paypal got limited too, ( which obviously is a lie.), coz a normal person would immediately PM about
the issue, Instead you PM me stating that you wanna buy more using a Credit Card !

On your attitude alone you deserve a Ban !

I wanted them for a different service outside of paypal to see if they would work. But I don't think offering shoddy products then complaining when YOUR products gets someone's account limited is good. I think that is sh*tlist material so yeah mods have at it :)
 
AND being the incredible human being I am, even though your AVS got my account limited, I still offered to pay with a CC straight up so there wouldn't be any issues, and you did not respond. Probably since you knew your product sucked

LOL I think I have MORE than adequately defended myself actually since there is nothing to defense but empty lies. Not going to sit here and argue like a first grader. Mods may contact me if they need further proof of humvees scam.

POST all the PM history ! and let everyone know and decide coz ppl here are more mature/intelligent for a Reverse Psychology Act which indirectly means you're convincing/telling Mods that i am the scammer not you .. lol ... also,One thing you must understand that this will not end untill you post the PM History in front of everyone, and Let the admin/mods decide !

I have all the time to prove myself this isn't abt money anymore..

with all due respect bigbuddy, he's not acting that way and All i want is my money back .. because i know i've not scammed him but he did ! All my questions are logical and so far he has not answered in way that anyone could believe !

I wasn't involved in this, but afaik a32337 wasn't banned for scamming. The ban was related to other things. I don't see a scamming situation here, I see two people having a dispute because of issues resulting from Paypal. I also see OP selling outside the BST again, which he has been infractioned for multiple times now. This thread is now closed.
