It is not 'right now". They have been having problems with their automated payments for MONTHS now. But you seem to be missing the point. The point is this:
IF there is a "problem" why not just tell people that UPFRONT?????
If they would have been more professional and told me upfront what was going on, that I can handle. But me, going by their TOS and NEVER receiving any type of communication from them, was expecting my payment when they said. When that didn't happen, then I had to contact them. Why should I have to contact them about money they owe me??? That is highly rude and unprofessional.
Bottom line: all of this could have been avoided if they would have sent out some type of notification about their problem.
