I don't think it can be done with WordPress
If you want to make something link that you have to do the many core custom code to make the changes you need

They don't use wordpress for this.

However, no matter what they use, if you want to build such a gorgeous style website, you can choose Three.js framework, I think most stunning 3D websites are built by this. So you need to find a developer who are good at this, french developers are pretty good at novel technologies like this.

A simple one can also be built with pure HTML5 + CSS3 + Javascript.

Such themes can't be found on Wordpress, because it completely done by using HTML5+ CSS3

Yes, no Wordpress theme in my knowledge can do this. As mentioned by @terrycody , you can try three.js framework.
