Hello
I have a hosting review website that makes more than 100$/ mo promoting hosting providers and 15$/ mo in adsense .
I get 3000 visits/mo.
I want to sell it because I need some money,
any idea how much it can get ?
thanks

I don't know much about this, but I always thought an average of 6 months worth of earnings gave a general idea of the value of the site. That's roughly $700.

Is traffic source seo or something else? If the traffic source is constant and stable, expect 10-15x monthly earnings.

It also depends on how long it has been making this money.

If it has been making 100/mo for 5 years it's worth way more then if it has been earning for only 2 months.

thanks the traffic is 50% google and 50% other refferal websites, the site has been earning money since only 3 month , but the website is 1 years aged

please where you recommand that I sell it ? , in BHW or Flippa ?

It will be worth around 6-12 months of revenue.

So: Monthly earnings x 6 months/12 months = Listing/sale price

List on Flippa, but create a good sales copy - take your time don't rush it :)

You could also try your luck on BHW!

From what I've seen looking at flippa's "just sold page" :
If it's a brand new website (so no certainty that it will continue to get the same amount of revenue) ~6-9 months of revenue (a little below 1000$ in your case)
If it has consistently brought its owner this type of money for more than 2 years it might go up to 18 months of revenue.

And the overall price is fine-tuned by factors such as the seller's history, the way the site is generating its traffic (spammy backlink profiles guarantee that a site won't be page #1 for too long, authority sites/huge and active social media pages might secure constant traffic), etc.

So I can't guess blindly, but if I had to guess, 750$ would be a good price for your site.

If you're making about $100 per month in revenue in only 3 months my advice to you would be to definitely not sell the site because if you could see down the road about 2-3 years from now it'll probably be earning you at least $2000 per month but that's just a guess and my opinion I'm just glad I didn't sell mine last year. Heck if you really want to sell it I think it would be a wise investment for me. Pm me the site and anything else you think would be helpful, thanks!

Different factors such as sources of traffic, number of backlinks, website age etc. Usually, market price goes around 6-12 months of combined net revenue. So if your site earns $100 per month then you could ask for $600 (reseller) -$1200 (enduser). Hope that helps. Good luck.

what is the info on traffic source, which ones are of higher value ( and a bigger multiple to sell than others)

There's a certain flipping blog out there that claims that sites should be sold for 20x their monthly income but unless it is at least several years old, I just can't fathom this. In your case, I think anything around $750 would be completely reasonable. Of course, that's without seeing the site itself, or any of the traffic statistics.

I read that 6-12 months of profit is around the amount you should sell the site for
