A website that features legal documents for business

Hey guys, I was stumbling around in my bookmarks when I found this site:

It's a website that contains legal documents which look very legitimate and have great coverage on legal terms.

Just thought it might be helpful for some of BHW's members who want to get started on offline but are having trouble hitting that professionalism.

thing is, everyone has to do their due diligence before using these, depending where your located and your local laws, these could be inaccurate, always use a local expert...

These aren't legal documents in the sense that they're looked over by a lawyer, but they will provide a general idea of how these documents should work and look.

Definitely consult an expert if you're scaling up or have a few clients already.
