I have a simple question, is it safe to make a site like statewinz? Can I get in legal trouble ?
I am curious and I want to experiment on some nsfw niche and I see a high demand in such leak based content, I am pretty sure it falls under black hat or grey hat so I just want to know the legality as I see many sites like it...
Is there a loophole or are they just operating over luck ?
And if such site is ok to work on then how would file or folder delivery work ? Is the best course or action to provide a direct mega link to the folder or a downloadable zip file ?
And if not a site like statewinz then is it ok to make one for amateur content and provide a membership for it it sell individual content
