A website for a single game

I've been playing a game for like 2 years and it's really fun. Not so many people plays (or knows) this game but some people are almost obsessed with this game.

By the way, there is a wiki of this game (which is somewhere near popular) in fandom but in my country there is not.

Should i build a website around this game. I can post tips and tricks, explain items, synergies etc..

Maybe i can sell some merch for game (not legal but i think i can find a way) and apply for a ad network. Would it be profitable or it's a bad idea?
 
Advertise on BHW
check how many monthly searches are in your country for all of the keywords of this game combined. If there are enough searches (say 10,000+ per month) go for it!

What do you mean for "combined"? Is it something like volume(keyword1) + volume(keyword2) + ... + volume(keywordN) ?
 
Perform a proper research, see what's the volume and competition.
look up fb group to share your posts, etc..

First, check the search volume of your game name or keyword or niche. And also the competition. If these things are good, then make your plan and go ahead.
 
I would say, go for it even though there is combined low search volume! Passion is priceless! You will either earn money or make yourself happy :)

That isn't helpful to anyone but the ones who will steal that niche and fuck OP over.

@ali arikan Do not trust anyone with that niche, keep it to yourself.
In fact, this is actually a very successful model to do, target the right keywords and you will taking over that wiki in no time.
I personally do this on some of my sites ;)
 
If you are passionate about it, just do it. When you have passion for something, hard work and everything else will come much easier. GLHF :)
