a web developer searching for ways to earn

Hello,
I'm a web developer- programmer, and can code websites from the ground up - PHP, html, responsive design, landing pages, custom systems for basicly anything. My local market is drying up, and I need more ways to earn a living, any advices? Where could I list myself for hire , that isn't over saturated?
