A Web based proxy checker?!

I am looking for a web based proxy checker when you put the list in it and it checks if they works or not.
Pro of this would obviously be the shifting of resources to a remote location accessible via browser. I have found a few like this but it is just kinda single threaded and the checking process is tremendously slow.

People were complaining it didn't work because they weren't reading the instructions, and being downright ungrateful for my contribution. I had a BHW member message me on AIM just to tell me that since my HTTP Proxy Checker (mult-threaded mind you), didn't check SMTP port 25, it was absolutely useless and garbage lol.
