A way to post IG pics with working hashtags on PC?

I use Gramblr which has been great for posting pics, but I realised a couple of weeks ago that the hashtags don't work because it is a 3rd party app, or something... My captions have been without hashtags and although the engagement has been on a steady upward curve, I could be losing out on lots of likes and potential followers from an outside source instead of just botting.

Do you know of any way (not bluestacks) to post pics on a desktop/PC that allows the use of hashtags?

I used FL and it's worked perfectly with me so far, been searching for something for months that can post images for me instead of using my mob.
 
BlueStacks or amiduos
Unfortunately Follower Liker doesn't have scheduling for posting, but you can use it to post pictures (share photo only) adjusting automation interval setting.

Is it possible to run 2x the same account, one for follow/unfollow/like and the other for posting pictures?
 
I've been using the trial of onlypult.com and it works fine with hashtags.

I meant can you have the same account twice on the same followliker, one for running the follow/unfollow processes and the other primarily just for sharing pics?

I told you, it's possible to start 2 instances of Follow Liker. Use one for botting and other one for uploading. Create two separate projects. Doing it on the same instance of FL won't do the job, due to photo uploading having specific settings (automation interval delay).
