I am from a third world country where the average monthly salary is around 300 dollars. And these things rarely happens. (like once in two year max)

I am also from a third world country and we are more concerned about bridges breaking on top of our head instead of robberies. Guns can be licensed or can be bought illegally no matter you live in first world or third world. A gun is just a tool. The one who uses it is the person responsible. As I said before, world is full of bad guys no matter where you live.
