A to Z HD bollywood video

I am looking for a CMS for video I am thinking to start A to Z HD bollywood video same like http://www.videodime.com/

It is mobile site. I want allow user to download Bollywood promos and trailer, English songs, Latest bollywood HD video songs.

I want as I upload any vidoe it auto convert in these formats

Full HD Video (1280x720), Android HD Video (800x480), HD Video (640x360) , 3gp Video (320x240)

Which CMS should i use? or i need custom script for this?

You can go with Wordpress and can use some plugins available.

Or Best way to go for Custom Script.
