A suggestion about accounts.

Well I have seen this in another forum and it could be very helpful add it here too.
When someone changes their email or password recently, it should show in their profile like "This user has changed their email/password" or something like that. Could be a good choice to prevent to be scammed. This will work for people who sell their accounts or someone who has been hacked.

I don't think that changing an email address/password is a good indication of trustworthiness. If I was a scammer and got into someones' account, I just keep the details the same because according to the [proposed] system, I'm trustworthy.

On the flip side, I'm a good, trustworthy user that is very fussy about security and change my password once a week. I'd look like the dodgiest person going!

If people set up 2 step verification as we ask this would not be a problem.
