the main guys on WF are makeing a fortune from all the ebooks and shit they are selling. it seems everday a new wso is out, TODAY HOW TO CALL A BUSINESS only 19.95.

Well those guys know what they are doing, they have built community and now they are banking on them, a simple principal of marketing. Thats they key to building your own list, your get nice list and then cash on it. Thats why I am getting 1 email a day from Micheal Filsman because I am on his stupid list and he can sell anything to me if he wants.

Yes exactly, it was very interesting to watch it happen. A great lesson in marketing, they created the market, then sold the hell out of it.

If I wanted to actually do work I'd get a real job. But thanks for contributing.

I was thinking that myself, but they're probably not that aware of how to utilize (or even use) the AR service. So why not offer to send the broadcasts for them for a small monthly fee or even a set amount/broadcast. You can just add another campaign to your Aw3b3r or GR account and get paid from the Business owner directly instead of waiting for an aff. check.

You can also (of course) add your own offer to the bottom of the email you send out for them. :sasmokin:

Down the road if they decide to get out, you have a nicely targeted list(s).

This could very easily be a lucrative and steady income stream.

Thats the PS at the end of the 5 page ebook. We have done something similar to this with PPC. There is an untouched market out there if you have the slightest talent in the PPC realm. Average set up cost is between $1500 - $2000 and the monthly maintenance cost is between $400 - $500.

SpeedPPC makes the setup quick and easy. If one stays in the same niche it's really very easy. The campaigns are basically duplicates with some slight modifications.

PS I don't know anything about this guy other than what I read in this book. But people outside IM will pay very well to get new customers.

There's a lot that can be done in the offline world. You could as well offer to redesign their site, and an auto-responder (as stated above) and also write some free reports to give away for the customers email address.

If you have an aweber acct or one of the others and you generate leads for someone you can create the ar series for them and periodically broadcast one of your own offers to the list.

If the stiff you for the bill or decide to bail on you...you still have access to the list.

be creative and you can do well.

Can someone explain to me what exactely you offer to people in this method? I don't get it exactely ...

- you contact business owerns to build an emaillist (with Aweber) ?

- so you have to change their website? Or do you create a landingpage ? or how do you handle that?

- you ask them a one time fee to set up + a fee to post messages ?

You help business owners build a list. That's all.

The way to sale this idea is simple. You help them save money and earn money. You have to be able to sale them the idea:
- Easily sell overstock
- Secret sales (no $$$ advertisement), etc...

It's a simple copy/paste of the generated html code. Just put it on your client's site.

There's a lot of money to be made using online techniques for the offline world. And fast too.


What is important is to use your own account. Not only you make money on a monthly basis with your clients, but YOU (and not them) have the list. If the client agrees, you could also send your affiliate link to a related product once the list becomes bigger.

True.
But why not do both?
You can sign the businesses up yourself, ALL under/through
your affiliate link.
You get the affiliate checks (upfronts as well as residuals)
and you can still manage each client/business, as long as you have the
user name and password.

And yes, as you stated, be sure to charge upfront fees anywhere. They
can range anywhere from $49-$199...or more (upfront). For monthly
you can charge the same. It's your call. It'll be based on your experience, what you can "bring to the table" and how much the business owners are willing to pay.
Don't overcharge, but also, don't sell yourself short and appear cheap and not needed.

I have started to explore the offline opportunities as of late and can definitely see some potential in this method.

My concern is this though...for offline marketing you are usually going for people with high transaction rates/people or businesses with money to spend on advertising in the first place.

I have noticed in my research lately that MANY of these businesses/services have a webpage that is designed by a professional firm. The amazing thing is that some of these sites look fantastic and you can tell they probably paid a couple grand for them, yet half of them are not properly SEO'd (which is a whole other service to offer businesses).

Now if I were to approach these businesses, and explain to them my AR offer and all the benefits...sure I might convert some. But I would think the first thing they will do once we are through talking is contact their web design firm. Once this occurs, whats stopping the design firm from saying "oh, you don't need that from him, here we'll hook you up with our own AR, this stuff is built-in, he must be scamming you, we'll do this and streamline it with our exisiting server, blah blah".

Basically why would they give up on an earning opportunity? I am sure I could undercut them, but a lot of business owners will have the trust/comfort zone with an existing firm who designed them a great looking site in the first place. I just think you would lose a LOT of customers this way.

Chances are, most of these business owners with any kind of advertising money have already hired a web design company to manage their shit, and these dudes are not gonna let you eat their pie.
