A strange problem about AC

Using AC from outside the US, then getting paid is actually TAX FRAUD. be aware of that.

you're defrauding the US government of tax it is entitled to. Especially opening multiple accounts and only going to the $600 limit. be aware of that.

However, by using an ameican corporation and all payments going to that. It is fully legal, as that body is taxed. You can obviously use this to your advantage in terms of tax, but i won't go into that.

If you're serious about AC and want to push more than $1000 a month, get a corpoation via uptownbulker. He provides a great service, and will stop you from being put in a cell for 20 years and raped. No, really.

Play it safe, don't be stupid, and don't get the wrath of the US government.

Just a warning. But $800 (getting an anonymous corp.) solves all of that. Small price to pay i guess if you're serious about business ...

Well said...this reminds me of what Robert Kiyosaki noted about making money, that it is far more easier to make money legitimately than it is to make it illegally...

While you foreigners may not be doing something illegal based on your country's laws...it is illegal based on my country's laws...Understand that Associated Content is paying taxes on their earnings and then paying you out for your earnings...It's supposed to be a win-win outcome for everyone...

You people who are driven by greed are making it a win for you and a loss for someone else which is why you are experiencing so much troubles...some people have been very sloppy and outright careless about the way they've pursued this...

Should anyone be surprised that they are getting $1.50-2.00 per article?...This AC nonsense is getting way out of hand...people can't even research on Google about proxies before they even start, can't even read a 30 fuckin' page thread with shitloads of help...just don't be surprised from this point forward...

Cutting too many corners everyone...cut some, but not all...

That s not true. Foreign citizens are not supposed to pay any taxes to the US government, how the hell are they defrauding the us government?

All the fault for this kind of activities will fall on associated content, as they are the organization established in US and have to abide by the US regulations- and this is why they ban your account. US government can t do anything to you, if you are not registered in their country as a business. It's AC job to make sure that they follow the appropriate regulations when it comes to paying taxes and doing business only with us corporations, not yours.

Agree with Nick Flame. I used to run poker tournaments here in Vegas, and many foreign players do not have to pay taxes on their winnings. So if your doing some BH to create fake accounts and are making money, don't sweat it. Worse case scenario is they ban your account. Boo hoo

If you think that AC doesn't have teams of lawyers helping them, through 'creative accounting', to zero out their taxes then you're just confused. AC could just as easily hire ALL of their own writers but they don't. Why? They prefer to use independent contractors so they don't have to pay payroll and Social Security taxes, provide benefits, obey the many IRS rules for employees. Still think that's a win-win situation?

I'll give you an example of someone who was driven by greed and a 'win for you and a loss for someone else' scenario. The late Ronald Reagan, President of the United States once had year where his tax bill was reduced to zero. Being the public relations master that he was - he held a little press conference to say he was so embarrassed about not having to pay taxes that he had accountant cut a check for $500 to the IRS.

Win for Ron Reagan, loss for US taxpayer.

Yeah, this thread just killed the AC article business. You cut your corners others will cut their's.

I agree that some people have gone way overboard with this method and are making it bad for others who are trying to stay under the radar. I was even search Google yesterday and came across a GAF ad which was seeking people to mass submit to AC. That's how far some people have gone with their stupidity.

About Jammie's statement - isn't Jammie from the UK and still resides in the UK?

Using your logic I guess you could say the same thing about about a forum that discusses blackhat ideas and shows up in G**gle, couldn't you? :D

Just continue to be your intelligent self flying under the radar, adapt as is necessary and you'll be fine. On a lighter note, your concern for 'others' is very touching. ;)

i read this thread and now i'm confused. some said it's tax fraud (non-us resident, many accounts), others said it's not tax fraud. has someone a 100% true information about that?

i can't image that it is tax fraud because in my opinion it is the same principle as the following: i generate income as non-us resident for 4dultfr1endf1nd3r. they pay tax for their income that i generated for them in the us and i pay tax for my income from them in my country. i know this is 100% legal.

so this should be 100% legal too in tax respect (the only thing: it is against the TOS of asso so you only should lose accounts but not more, as steamymcsteam said).

what do you think? i hope somebody has a clue.

i think its because you made over 600$ in a year. if you have then just start a new ac account

that not answered my question. i know about creating many accounts. i only want to know if it's really tax fraud or not, if i use many acc accounts (till i earned $600 on each). i'm not an us citizen. to anyone who want to answer: please read the thread before you answer. then you know what i mean. because jammie wrote:

but Nick Flame wrote:
