A software to make other people promote my link

Is there a tool that let me make other people to promote my link?

I will explain myself a little better:

I will introduce some people to IM. I want a site that let me create links for them, that are actually my aff link.

I've seen that some networks running, for example, directrack, just post offers from other networks.

I want to do that, but with CB. Is there something like that? Should I go with Directrack or something similar?

Distributing free ebooks containing your affiliate links is one way I've seen people accomplish what you're talking about. I'm sure there are others.

I was thinking more of "creating my own affiliate network", but just for CB. I guess I should read about "creating my own affiliate network" softs
