Tell you what I really hate them, I signed up for vps with cpanel. Their service were really bad, but I really liked their customer service. But hey ho you won't spend money for that.

They were bought by EIG. People have been posting since how things have gotten bad since. If you have backup of the site and your having issues might be time to move.

Thank you, I will bookmark your page for future projects, hopefully not to replace ASO, it's just strange that they have such a lengthy downtime. When were they bought out?

They used to be amazing but I started having major downtime issues with them last christmas... Lets just say I lost around $1.2k from my affiliate sites being down on the 2 busiest days of the year for me.
I contacted them asking for some type of "sorry we're were down for so long here's 1 free month" (considering I pay by the year for their VPS)... I received a fat 30 minute wait time and somebody told me in the chat to "uhm, you need to open a ticket for that".
I moved over to WiredTree (which is $20 more a month) and haven't had a single problem since then.

ASO is a shitty company, get your site's away as fast as you possibly can.
When i moved to them (from Hostgator) they were great, never downtime and great support, now it is always downtime and support is done by dumb idiots who have no clue of what they are talking about.
I still have one VPS with all my test sites, and i will move that one away too (i had three with them) as soon as i have the time for it.

I have a number of packages with them from small shared, vps and dedicated. They used to be really good with customer service which was very impressive.
What I loved was the support in the past I would have a response with 15-20 min.....Nowadays its like 24hrs for first response with a canned cut and paste stupid reply.....another 24hrs to get to the nitty gritty.
Not so happy anymore and moving away slowly cause there are so many sites to migrate
