Hi I'm looking to create a site with wordpress and I require a form to be coded on there too. I've already looked around at the various plugins but what I need is a form with a drop down with values male and female, then separate information text boxes. Then a submit button to then be linked to a paypal product on completion.

However the paypal link needs to be determined from the dropdown value. For example if male is selected then the viewer will be taken to the male product, if female is selected it will take them to the female product.

Then after purchase the product is emailed to them or via download link...

Can anyone help me with this?

    Thank you

Quform (purchase from CodeCanyon) is very customisable for doing things live this and they have very good customer support if you get stuck

Looks like a simple task, paying for this isn't worth it, can be scripted with HTML only and CSS for design.
Tutorials from w3school have everything you need, if you are not lazy to script yourself.

There has to be a plugin available for this, did you do any searches on Google for something along the lines that you're looking for?

What are you even talking about? This is HTML in it's simplest form, why would anyone make a plugin for making simple forms =/.
